Is It Time For A New Fridge?

March 10, 2022

Having your fridge die can be stressful, costing money in lost food and replacement.

Don’t wait for a disaster to start shopping for your new fridge! Here are some warning signs that it may soon be time to get a new one!

Spoilage

If your products and other foods are spoiling sooner than average, you will need to call a maintenance specialist to diagnose the issue. Your refrigerator may be fixable, but you won’t know unless you call a pro.

Ice Build Up

An ice buildup in your freezer is a cause for concern. This buildup means your freezer is struggling with temperature control.

Louder Than Normal

If your softly humming fridge has become a jet engine in the kitchen, your fridge is working overtime and may overheat. If the noise is loud enough to notice, your fridge may be broken. Hissing, clicking, and buzzing sounds are also a signal for concern.

Water Leaks

If you find a puddle of water under your fridge, it’s time to have it checked out. Standing water can lead to water damage, and a leak should not be ignored.
